Every member of the firm has full internet
access for tracking of file status at DOAH’s
website, legal research, background checks,
compliance confirmation, prior claims history
and up-to-date information from the Division
of Workers’ Compensation.
All employees have a personal firm e-mail address identifiable by the first initial of their first name, last name @ingramlaw.com.
The firm has digital document management capabilities and can scan documents for e-mailing or faxing. We also offer e-billing with electronic filing of bills.
We have no voice mail. Every call is handled by a live person. In addition, all clients are provided with their attorney’s cell phone number and e-mail for immediate contact and response.
